How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Returns after this period cannot be accepted.

Can I order multiple variants (e.g., colors or sizes) of a product and return the ones I don’t want?

No, if you order multiple variants of the same product (different colors, sizes, etc.), you may only keep one variant. Returns of multiple variants for selection purposes are not accepted

Are images of available colors and greetings provided with each product?

Yes, each product includes images showing all available colors and greeting options, so you can choose accurately before ordering.

What should I do if the item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund.
